Beautiful and welcoming office space! The location is great right off the highway and offers full-time office space to conference rooms to make work convenient.

Great space! Laray and Mark are the best partners. The space is modern with great amenities. It’s also conveniently located 15 minutes away from Denver.

I had a strategy meeting in Westminster last month and booked one of Work Simple’s conference rooms—everything from start to finish was smooth and hassle-free. The booking process was simple, and the room itself was excellent: comfortable chairs, a clean and professional setup, and easy connectivity to the TV for our presentations. It was a great experience overall. Highly recommend Work Simple if you need a reliable and well-equipped meeting space.

This is a great place to work. With ample parking spaces, spacious offices. And a great building manager in Laray who has been incredibly helpful in everything when I needed.

Amazing building with super friendly and helpful customer service.

I have worked with a few different coworking spaces with our company – both independently owned and larger enterprise companies that own global coworking networks. Work Simple is by far the best we have worked with. The building is maintained well, the teams are quick to resolve any issues, and the amenities are what you would want from an office like that. We currently have a 12 person team working in the office, with plenty of space to hold company-wide meetings when needed. I can’t recommend them enough, the experience for us has been phenomenal.

I personally enjoy working at the “Work Simple” building. Management is wonderful to work with. Laray the general manager is so nice, personable, cares about the residents of the building and manages the residents needs in a timely manner. The meeting rooms are spacious and beautiful.
