This is a great location, easy for our vendors and clients to locate, quiet, easy parking. The WorkSimple team is FANTASTIC and I say that as someone who can be a harsh critic from time to time. Amy and the team are excellent and proactive communicators and have made sure all of our requests are followed up on and resolved. The updates to conference and training spaces have been a great addition and they are doing an excellent job of maintaining the property. Highly recommend.

Renting an office space from Work Simple at DTC has been an incredibly positive experience. The staff, especially Amy the Operations Manager, have been wonderful to work with and responsive to any question or need that have popped up. From the beginning of the process, everything was clear, convenient, and surprisingly customizable. This space has definitely contributed to our business's ability to grow in the Denver area.

The space is wonderful and amazing, very lovely communal area with plenty of space and conference/private rooms to book. One of the most comfortable places to work at that I've been to so far.
